How Green Joules Works
Greenjoules is all about Sustainability. This is reflected in all aspects of our day-to-day operations including using our own Biofuel for heat of reactions, in our delivery vehicles, and in our energy devices.
We also help Companies realize their Carbon responsibility / Sustainability goals, profitably.
Many manufacturing Companies generate wastes and by-products that may not be amenable to conventional treatment and disposal methods. Greenjoules, with multiple technologies in its tool kit can help convert these wastes into valuable Green products.
Till date, Greenjoules has been able to convert many Agro Industrial wastes and by products into high energy density fuels that match the fossil equivalents and several more are in various stages of development, including final testing.
As an organization, Greenjoules takes Safety and Quality very seriously. Our approach is to design and implement safety into the construction and operation of equipment and processes. We believe in Process Control and quality assurance in addition to quality control. Our entire process of working with a new raw material from the research stage, through the Pilot plant and to the final commercialization stage is governed by various gate reviews. Safety and Quality are at the heart of acceptance criteria.
